The Aromas are sour, Funk, herbs. Flavors are similar to nose Plus a lot of citrus and hints of floral, salt. No hops that I can detect. Decent body and tart finish.

Quite hazy golden coloured body with a thinnish pure white head, about a centimetre or two tall. Aroma of soured malt with a bit of lactose and brett along with some grass, hay, light spices and a dose of yeast with the tart grasses riding on the back. Light-bodied; Strong tart and grassy flavours dominate up front with a big kick from the pungent yeast and brett-like soured notes, but without a lot of alcohol or astringency, this one goes down very easily. Aftertaste is dry, herbal, grassy and all around tart and funky - very nice and incredibly easy-drinking, given the complexity of the flavours, this one shows quite nicely, especially to drink in the warm summer heat (or at least it feels like summer) in Florida or wherever summer hits you. Overall, a pretty nice beer, and despite me not wanting to like it so much - worked out very well, especially for the style and alcohol content. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can purchased from Joe Canal's Discount Liqour in Lawrenceville, New Jersey on 21-October-2018 for US$4,59 sampled in my hotel room here in Lake Buena Vista, Florida on 18-April-2019.

Can from J's. Pours a clearish straw with a full 2 fingers of foam that dissipates. Lemon, kabosu, yuzu and sage aromas permeate the nose. Some young apricot as it warms. Tart, but not overly acidic. Lingering lemon and tea leaf notes on the finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Stillwater No Exit on 30 Jan 2019 at 22:15 - Score: 7. Original review text: Lemon, kabosu, yuzu and sage. Can from Salud Beer Shop. Cloudy golden color small white head. Floral pineapple aroma. Taste is softly sour citrus and flowers. Love dry hopped sours.
