330ml bottle from Lerwick Brewery. Golden amber colour, white foam head and aroma of malt, citric, with notes of wood & smoke. Taste is sweetish, malty, grain, citric, with earthy bitterness. Light bodied, soft carbonation, dry malty bitter finish. Quite OK.

330ml bottle as part of a delivery from the brewery.reddish brown and very thin-looking, like it’s 30% beer and 70% water. Malty, woody, slightly smoky aroma. Light, sweet taste with some bitterness in the malty finish. Watery body, medium to heavy carbonation. Not terrible, but quite weak, almost like second runnings. Refreshing though. I’ve had worse.

Thin beige head on a reddish brown body. Sweet, malt & toffee aroma. Medium bodied, smooth with a sharper clean finish. Toffee, malt & wet cardboard tastes with a fruity finish. Lacking.

13/2/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of SHIG, cheers. Pours clear amber with a bubbly off-white head. Looked good. Aroma of caramel, malt, hop, toast, minerals, nut, flowers. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Moderate body, somewhat watery, soft carbonation. A bit medicinal to finish. Not too keen.

Poured a golden with a white head. Aroma is perfume, floral, hoppy. Taste is not like the nose, very malty, some doughy biscuit.
