Paleo has enough vitality to bring that fossilized Stegosaur you unearthed back to life. Crisp and drinkable, with a tempered herbal bitterness and clean malt flavor, this straw colored beauty is approachable and thirst quenching.

Can. Clear, gold in color with a huge head. Aroma is straw and grains. Taste is well balanced and pretty good for a pulsner.

Can from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a finger of foam that dissipates. Bready malt aromas with biscuit, honey and faint pepper in the background. More biscuit malt with peppercorn and an earthy character....dry leaves. Light pepper on the finish with more bread, dried honey and earth and leaves. Maybe a tad heavy, but still enjoyable. --- Beer merged from original tick of Paleo Pils on 17 Apr 2019 at 13:40 - Score: 7

Not bad, grainy and bright with a firm floral bitterness on the finish and a nice, clean fade. Earthy and lemon-tinted, backed up by mild esters and an herbal undertone. Creamy carbonation makes for easy drinking. Solid pils.
