Nefiltrované a nepasterované pivo. Bez barviv sladidel a chemických přísad.
Vyrobeno klasickou technologií s otevřeným kvašením.

Složení: Pitná voda, 3 druhy ječných sladů, 3 druhy anglických chmelů, pivovarské kvasinky.

[ As Permon Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, wood, light meat. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted, burnt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150814]

0.5l bottle. Black body, thin beige head. Aroma of roasted malts, some smoke and medicinal hops. Taste of chocolate, roasted malts, caramel, floral hops. OK beer, but nothing special.

Lukt: Kaffe, bek, lakris og mørk sjokolade.
Utseende: Sort.
Skum/kullsyre: Tynt skum, heng langs kant.
Smak: Røsta malt, kaffe, lakris, noe tørr avslutning.
Hvor: Kjøpt/Nydt@Malešický Mikropivovar S.R.O., Praha sammen med Bryne.

From bottle at U Kunstatu, Prague. Dark brown almost black color with beige head. Roasted malty aroma, chocolate, milk chocolate, licorice, light smoked notes. Sweet and light biter taste. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonbation.

Keg at GBBF ’15, day 3, 13/08/15. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent tan covering. Nose is rich roast, charr, chocolate, burnt toffee, liquorice. Taste comprises treacle toffee, liquorice, light roast, hint of vanilla. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Ok stout.

Draught @ Beergeek Bar, Prague. Pours black with a small creamy tan head. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, some sourness. Flavor is roast malt, coffee, light smoke, light sour. Thin to medium body, average carbonation, dry light sour finish. 220815

GBBF Day 3. Keg. Clear dark amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Dry dark malts, a little earthy dark chocolate. Mild dry finish.

From tap.pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted dark breadish / malty. Bitter, roasted, dark malty and breadish. Dry and roasted malty finish.
