Bottle. Pours vlack colour with everlasting beige head. Coffee and roasted malts dominate its aroma and in taste it has the same notes. Has a creamy mouthfeel and leaves long lasting, bitter coffeish finish. Light to medium bodied, softly carbonated. Decent stout, but nothing more.

Bottle, 5.0%. Roasted aroma with notes of coffee and salt liquorice. Black colour, seems cloudy. Small, fairly stable light brown head. The flavour is quite roasted to begin with. The flavour is mostly dry, raw liquorice. Hint of fruit towards the end. Dry and roasted finish, but creamy. 737315

Bottled from Kaufland Hůrka. Almost black, extremely dark red body, thick beige, looking fine. Lovely aroma really, coffee and cream along with some citric-herbal touches, very much pleasant, yeasty touches come up though later. Lean taste, chocolate going towards chicory, very dark chocolate really, like, think 90%-95%, herbal-hoppy, vaaaaguely citric and woody touches in the finish. Slightly unclean at times, but this is fairly serious, with some genuinely lovely flavors, if a bit lacking balance in the roast vs. body department.

# 29; 5/2015. Velmi tmavě hnědá barva. Hustá, stálá, světle hnědá pěna. Výrazná vůně i chuť po hořké čokoládě. *4.0 Edit 9/2020. Aroma of dark chocolate and cocoa. Dark brown body, tany head. Cocoa beans, roasty. Simple, good stout. 0,5 l, draught, multitap pub, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).
