Huge thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass black, nice head. Starts fine malty, roasty, stouty, some earthy notes. Also some smokey hints. Finish well balanced, roasted-malty, modest dry. Nice one!

Keg at GBBF 2015 - London. Pours clear brown with a creamy, beige head. The nose holds dark bread, light chocolate. Medium sweet flavour with notes of dry chocolate, light smoke, some earthy bitterness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderately sweet to close, with bits of burnt toast, more drying cocoa. Not bad.

From my dear mum: pours dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is lightly roasty with dark chocolate. Taste is light chocolate and the like. Kind of light and watery. Meh.

Sample @ U Kunstatu, Praha. Pours dark brown to black, with a creamy, mocha head. Aroma is dark roasted malts with coffee, as well as liquorice and burned wood. Light to medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is dark roasted malts with bread and cocoa, as well as some burned wood, coffee and leather.

0.5 l bottle at the Small Brewers Club, Pilsen, CZ. Dark brown with medium beige head. Nuts and chocolate aroma, light creamy. Sweet, roasty, with lingering chocolate, but thin body, maybe to watery. Good.
