Yellow Donkey relies on a mixture of hops including Aurora and Styrian Golding from Slovenia, Cascade from Oregon, and exotic Motueka from New Zealand, which produces a refreshing citrus taste, as well as contributing natural antioxidants and antibacterial elements. Slightly bitter tones refine and invigorate the overall flavor, creating the perfect accompaniment for a meal by the sea, relaxing at the beach or hanging out at a favorite watering hole.

Bottle at craft beer testing session. Pours clear golden with diminishing off-white head. Thin bodied, thin aromas of herbs, maybe some hint of grapes. Poor palette, nothing special.

Bottles at the Hotel Majestic Pool bar (5/26-28) & also sampled at the brewery (5/28/15)
Refreshing and easy drinking, this is a nice pool side style blonde that works very well in the style. The feel is clean, and while being fairly light, it is not watery on the mouth.

At the 1st tasting of 2015 in Belgrade-Serbia. Pours pale golden cloudy with a white cap. Nose: honey, pale malts. Mouth: balanced bitterness, tick body but elegant mouthfeel. Grainy enough. Thanks to the Hoppy Imports in Greece for sharing it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
