A fresh, unpasteurized, filtered beer, with golden-blonde colour and creamy white head. Aromas of lemon blossoms, citrus and “green hops”. Slightly sweet flavour with refreshing bitterness and aromatic aftertaste, where the zesty and malty aromas dominate. Made with whole hops of German Northern Brewer & Perle and the New Zealand Motueca

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of humlelala. Pours a clear yellow with a white head. Some lightly dusty grassy hops in the nose. Medium body, excessive carbonation, a dry maltiness and a very decent hop bite. Clean and well made - although a bit too much carbonation. 131112

330ml bottle shared with Frau Eva at The House of Beer in Rethymno. Clear golden body. Quickly diminishing white head. Modest aroma of fruity hops. Well blended flavour of bread-like malts and mild fruity hops. Bittersweet endnotes. Soft palate. Nice with the food, 14.08.2012.

Bottle at home in London. Biscuity malt nose with touches of cereal and hay - quite nice. Light to medium sweet flavor with some nice offsetting bitterness of hay and crispy straw. The malts are lightly toasted white bread, fine cereal, pale malts in general. Medium bodied with heavy, massaging carbonation. Light dry finish, plenty more biscuity malts, modest straw hops. An excellent pilsener. Highly refreshing and very well balanced. Well done Greece - nice to see some good work.

Light golden color. Loevly hoppy aroma. The malty base is supplemented great by the use of hops. Unusual hoppy for a greek beer, perfect for the greek sun :D

Bottle at Fresko Yogurt Bar, Athens. It pours pale yellow, with a thin foamy white head. The nose is ginger, lemon pith, yeast and grass. The taste is metal, grass, alcohol, lemon pith, ginger and yeast, with a dry finish. Medium body and really rough carbonation. Far too rough around the edges.
