If Dave’s not in the office, he’s out on a cycling adventure. And he’s almost certainly drinking a beer afterwards. We don’t know why biking and beer go together so well, but they just do. We brewed this session IPA as a refreshing post ride snack with notes and aromas of tropical fruits, citrus, mixed berries, and grassy pine. Cheers to every ride!

Flavor Profile: Aromas of passionfruit, guava, and grapefruit with underlying grass and pine

Hops: Amarillo, Citra, Simcoe, Hallertauer Blanc, Nelson Sauvin

Malt: 2-Row, Carahell, Maris Otter, Flaked Oats

Bottle from Craft Brewed. Pours a clear gold with a full 2 fingers of white foam that lingers. Lovely pithy grapefruit aromas with some natsumikan zest as it warms. Clean pils-like malt aromas. Light and crisp on the palate with orange pith and leafy arugula notes. Dry and bitter. Delicious. --- Beer merged from original tick of Beer Post Ride Snack on 24 Jul 2019 at 21:37 - Score: 8. The Aromas are hops, wet paper, wet grain and dust. Flavors are stone fruit hops, biscuit malt with bitterness slightly stronger than sweet. Okay carbonation body and finish.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a slightly hazy yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of grass with some earthy pine and a bit of grain backing. Flavor has has grass and bitter pine with sweet grains.
