Tap at de Paas. Clear golden with white head. Light hay, lemon, very light funk, dry malts, white grapes. Light sweet with light sourness. Quite refreshing stuff but also a bit on the safe side, everything is quite light and subdued. Light to medium bodied.

Sampled draft @ Café Kandinsky in Tilburg. Thanks for sharing! Clear golden, small white head. Nose odd mop brett, fruity, mineral, light herbs,… Taste is dirty mop brett, mineral, sugar, fizzy herbal, horseblanket… Fizzy body,… Too heavy on dirty brett notes, very raw in that aspect for me but okay still.

Draught @ Bierlokaal de Koffer, Groningen
Aroma is musty with some apricot and sweet sugary tones. Flavour has strong rassy hops, some non-disturbing alcohol, apricot and mild menthol notes. A solid tripel, perhaps a bit straightforward though.

Clear pale blond colour. Floral, sweet fruity hop aroma. Texture is quite light and thin. Flavour has initial citric tartness. Sweet, then bitter hops dominate the finish. The sharpness makes it refreshing and easy to drink.

14/VIII/13 - 33cl bottle @ Internationaal Streekbierenfestival 2013 (Zwevegem) - BB: n/a (2013-769) Thanks to Domien for sharing today's beers! Thanks to William for the tip!

Clear pale yellow beer, big aery soapy head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very grassy, citrus, grapefruit, some exotic fruits, bit soapy, sour impression, lemony. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of grapefruit, citrus, bit lemony, grassy bitter hops, very refreshing, slightly sourish. Aftertaste: lots of citrus, little bitter, a lot like the sour/bitter combo of an unripe kiwi, dry ending. Very nice beer, on par with the aged pale for being best Bavik beer!
