Draught at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels. Shared by Werckmeister, thanks!
Golden-orange, slightly hazy body, with a small head.
Aroma of barnyard, cheese, basement, moderate sweet yellow fruits, some leather.
Tastes similar, with more unripe pears and green apples.
Medium, slick mouthfeel, with a low carbonation.
Finishes medium dry, musty, moderate leathery, wooden, with pears, green apples.
Very nice. Straight, rustic, quaffable Lambic. Very well balanced, with characterful funk and fruit notes. Not the best style example I've had, but still really enjoyable.

Pour from the jug at the Taproom. Pours light hazed orange golden, almost flat. Aroma of wort, bread, funk, earth. Taste: lactic acid, apple skins, citrus zest, lemon, barnyard, heavy woody tannins. Medium bodied, no carb, dry finish. Tastes like cheap wine that has gone off, proper nasty

(Jug pour @ Lambik-O-Droom, Apr 28/18) Lightly hazy pale orange pour with sparse bubbles. Notes of bright young lactic acid, apple skin, a little creamy pit fruit, grapefruit/bitter orange zest, old hops, bright tannic woodiness, something sort of earthy/nutty that could be wort/wood/both. Balance is a little above moderately tart and extremely dry in the finish, almost sucking the mouth dry with the tannic quality to the aftertaste. Rather light-bodied and basically flat. Very nice young lambic in my rather unseasoned estimation, but perhaps not as drinkable as I expected. Good context for the high quality of 3F's fruit experiments macerated on young lambic though.

From the cask at lambik-O-droom. Pours hazy gold with a small, bubbly head. Bit of plastic and grass in the nose, lemon peel, tennis balls. Lightly sweet with a bit of old wood, bitter grass, mild acidity, some lemon, tangerine peel. Light to medium bodied with spritzy carbonation. Lightly drying in the finish, with more wood, bitter fresh grass, faint pine needles. Great stuff overall. Quite quenching, with nice dryness in the aftertaste.
