650 mL bottle poured, courtesy of mcberko. Thanks! Cloudy but bright golden pour. Thick mousse foam head. Tart berry fruit aroma. Soft floral. Flavor is a huge cherry lime with a brett funk. Intriguing flavor for sure. Tasty. Really can't get enough of the cherry like going on. A one of a kind saison in my opinion. Totally on board with this.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of creamy fruit and Brett, with mellow sweet malts. Flavors of mashed stoned fruit, earthy yeast and cottony Brett, subtle wood and doughy malts. Excellent.

Light oakiness adds complexity to the body and gives it a mellow earthy feel. The brett does add a mild desirable funk and low sourness as advertised. Nice take on the style. Nothing off about it. Bottle from sobeys. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy and light amber, with a thin head. On the nose, brett, raspberry, a bit of sticky pale malt with plasticy phenoles. Sweet, sticky, phenols and just a bit of brett at the end.

On tap at the brewery with Alex. Pours a hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma is barrel and bretts with some fruity notes. Same taste with low sourness and some floral notes. Pretty good stuff.

Draught at the brewery
Cloudy blond color. The aroma is mildly fruity, with some brett, cork. Light residual sweetness, lean body, lightly fruity. Weak final.
Pleasant, I was expecting more.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out intense brett funk and oak barrel upfront, followed by saison yeast buried underneath. Flavour is very bretty and vinous, with lots of oak and white wine barrels, as well as funky brett character bringing out a wonderfully harmonious complexity. Very well-constructed, with lots of depth. Excellent.
