Notes of rich coriander spice, bright citrus, and subtle malt backbone greet the nose. On your first sip, the citrus and spice meld with sweet bready notes and Belgian yeast undertones. This complex brew, made with both blood orange and grapefruit zest, is a full-bodied blend of two distinct styles.

Tap @ Beer Temple (sample courtesy of Sander, thanks!). Very dark, but not quite black color. Off white head. Aroma’s: pine, citrus from the glass, but retronasal it’s quite different: herbal-spicy, fruity, a little roast, quite weird (but not unpleasant) actually, hard to describe. Flavor: lightly fruity-sour, herbal, a bit licorice/drop. Light bodied. Finishes herbal and moderate bitter.

Clear deep amber beer with a tidy pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and airy and dry. Fine carbonation. Very smooth and strong malts. Touch of caramel. Nice floral touch goes well with sherbet fruits. The floral notes turn a little bitter. Finishes light and crisp. Tasty and drinkble.
