Bottle picked up from a Wine Shop, on the southern edge of Lake Garda consumed at home, Attenkirchen, Sunday 6th October 2019 cooking Belgian Beef Carbonnade and listening to Elena Tonra from Daughter and her solo album Ex:Re. Pours dark amber, hazy with an off white head. Sweet and a tad boring, a touch boozy, malty, a little vanilla. Ok.

Bottle at Ristorante Cotto, Via Torino, Rome. Pours a cloudy mid brown with a small off white head. Aroma of caramel, fruit, bread, light hop, malt and yeast. Moderate sweetness, light bitterness. Medium/full bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation. Pretty decent.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks Alevtina. Hazy orange.Aroma of caramel, malt, a bit of cardboard, fruitiness. Sweet flavor with caramel, a bit of honey, fruitiness, and a bitterish finish. Medium-bodied. OK.

Bottle shared. Pours murky brown with a small tan head. Aroma of caramel, malt, dark fruit, light wood. Flavour is over moderate and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle 330ml. [ As La Petrognola La Rossa Forte ].[ Trade by bierkoning ]. ABV: 8.0%. Unclear with many tiny body particles a medium to dark red amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, fruity - berry. sweet wood - honey, wood. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy sweet, sweet malt, honey. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20131012]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. 8% abv and labeled "Rossa Forte", but does not have the name "Sandy" on the label. Nice head with good duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are fruits, caramel, malt, yeast and hops. Full bodied.
