Not bad and I could say that it is a season beer, on the Belgian way, on the same way than a duvel, huge carbonation, be careful opening the can, dry, mineral, side of champagne, sparkling in the mouth, hop, refreshing, 24.04.2020, at Epalinges, perfect with a Spanish paella.

Backlog March 2019. Unclear pale yellow golden body under a big, creamy white head. Mild aroma with esters. Taste is harsh and bitter, totally off and undrinkable.

Hazy blond with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have a lot of spicy yeast. Many similarities with Saison Dupont. Smooth texture.

500 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7%. Pale golden colour, huge white head. Spicy, yeasty and somewhat soapy aroma. Dry and yeasty flavour, with mild spicy notes. Moderate hops. Not bad, but a bit too yeasty for my taste.

Bottle pour at Tromsø Øl og Vinfestival 2018. Stable foamy white head, patchy lacing and a cloudy golden body. Saison fruity nose, spiced with clove. Moderate taste of yeasty fruitiness, bite of farmyard, and peaches, lightly spiced. Md-dry fruity bitterness to the ending. Soft in the mouth. Medium plus bodied. Refreshing and pretty nice. (Tromsø 21.04.2018).

Fra flaske på Tromsø Øl og Vinfestival. Ferskenfarget. Uklar. Filmskum. Lett eplearoma. Smaken gjær & tørt krydder. Luftig munnfølelse.
