Deep golden with a white, firm head. Classic saison if there ever was one. Yeast, fruits, must, earthy. Finish has some medium dryness. Full bodied. I wish it was a touch snappier in the finish but otherwise a great brew.

Bottle from Beach Muffin. 5% abv. Bright, zesty nose, lemon, grapefruit, crackers, spicy hops. Nice. Bright gold, slightly hazy, medium head. Crisp, bright, bready, citrus, peppery. Light, clean, very Dupont-like. Finish just a bit heavy.

Lovely stuff. Bit of citrus, nice graininess. Berry fruity aroma. Very drinkable.

Yorocco Peninsula Saison Clear straw gold with a white pepper grisette type aroma. Dry light body with a fruity flavor that finishes dry with tangy sweet tart candies. Yum.

super light fruity nose with modest dryness. Good carbonation. Good Akiba apples and light wheat character. Super clean. Nice stuff
