Il existe une période magnifique qui marque la fin du printemps et le début de l’été. Un peu partout, des fleurs parfument l’air de nos campagnes et laissent présager un bel été. La fraîcheur du matin, la couleur des paysages, la vigueur du soleil et l’odeur de l’herbe fraîchement coupée nous confirment que nous arrivons à la belle saison.
Bière blonde tirant vers le doré, pleine de fraîcheur et de vivacité. Au nez, des notes florales et herbacées élégantes se démarquent. En bouche, une entrée maltée suivie de notes de levures légèrement épicées et enfin l’amertume des houblons qui viendra vous caresser le palais avec ses touches florales et herbacées.

Flaska från SB. Kul med saison från nytt belgiskt bryggeri. Gyllengul aningen disig vätska med medelhögt vitt skum. Estrig doft av belgojäst, örter, blommor, jord. Medelstor kropp, åt det sötare hållet. Marsipan, päron, hö eller kanske snarare torkad humle men framför allt lätt parfymerade blommor. Medelstor beska, lång eftersmak. Kanske väl söt men annars trevlig och god.

ABV: 5.5%. ✅ Clear medium yellow orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate to light yeasty, saison yeast, light farmhouse. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, funky - farmhouse, saison yeast, mouldy - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210918]

Bottle at home in London - cheers to AJS. Shared with Nora and Martin. Pours clear orange-gold (until the hazy late pour) with a billowing, foamy white head. Pretty classic Belgian saison, with lots of cracked wheat, some husky grains, grassy bitterness, dried straw, lemon peel. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Finishes with more dry, sun-kissed wheat bread, impressions of citrus peel, more grass, hay. Decent traditional take on the style.
