In Aurelia we pair creamy blueberry with tart blackcurrants to create a powerful, yet balanced, imperial oat sour. Blackcurrants dominate the aroma with a piquant sharpness that's mellowed by smooth blueberry. A thick, oated body supports these contrasting fruits, and provide a platform for their tart dance.

Fairly hazy juicy red purple with a pink head. Aroma of tart blueberry and black current with yoghurt notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
