Sampled at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Almost clear golden with white head. Dank weedy hops, caramel, sugary grains, lime, herbal hops, flowery, grapefruit, orange peel. Quite sweet and over medium bitter. Almost full bodied.

Bottle from the great La Cave a Bulles, Paris, 17th May 19. Pours a clear orange, white rim. Aroma is grapefruit juice, pith, classic old school. Taste is bitter grapefruit juice, pithy, juicy, citrus, oh this is really good. Lovely and a reminder of why I love west coast grapefruity bitter IPAs

On tap at Brewberry Bar Paris. Hazy amber colour lasting cream head. Big juicy dipa. Pink grapefruit. Pretty damn good. Lots of juiciness. Some bitterness on the finish. The fruit juice nature of the beer is lovely. Super good. Some sherbet. Lovely.
