It is a really pleasant IPA, rich and tasty, note of hop, resines notes, malt, sugar, good bitterness and perfect with friends, 13.02.17, at Lausanne, Prélaz.

Sampled at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Almost clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, caramel, thick dank hops, grapefruit peel, weedy hops, sugar, lime. Quite sweet and bitter. Full bodied.

Bottle shared at a Yom Kippur eve tasting at Max’s place. Thanks mom for this bottle! Hazy amber with a beige head. Nice fruity hops aroma, a bit "green", with a bit of malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, and nice bitter fruity hops, a bit juicy. Medium-bodied, rounded. Very nice.

Bottle at home in Barbados, 20th August 16. Probably the only French DIPA ever consumed in Barbados. Pours a dark Amber. Aroma is floral hops, pine resin, citrus. Taste is bitter hops, pine, biscuity backbone. Slick mouth feel. Lingering bitter sweet finish. Similar to Brewdog Hardcore. Really very good....
