Bottle shared at a Yom Kippur eve tasting at Max’s place. Thanks mom for this bottle! Hazy amber with a beige head. Nice fruity hops aroma, a bit "green", with a bit of malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, and nice bitter fruity hops, a bit juicy. Medium-bodied, rounded. Very nice.

Bottle at home in Barbados, 20th August 16. Probably the only French DIPA ever consumed in Barbados. Pours a dark Amber. Aroma is floral hops, pine resin, citrus. Taste is bitter hops, pine, biscuity backbone. Slick mouth feel. Lingering bitter sweet finish. Similar to Brewdog Hardcore. Really very good....
