At Wild Festival Groningen, 10cl. According to the brewer, only one barrel of Bourbon is used, so no blend of different barrels. Color: Brownish red, very thin beige head. Aroma: Red grapes, Bourbon. Taste: Red grapes, vinuous, Bourbon hints. Very subtle Bourbon at finish.

Nice sourness, with something red fruity lurking in the background. Some soft bourbon weaves its way through it, making the result smoother and less sharp. The stout is also noticable, adding complexity and flavour. Great fun.

Tap at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Dull hazy reddish brown with beige head. Light bourbon, funk, dank wood, sour grains, oxidized red fruits, light flowers. Medium sour, almost medium sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied. Nice!
