Sampled from 0.5l bottle @ Noma, Copenhagen. This is a cloudy glowing orangish beer with a small sidesticking just off-white head. The aroma has mild fruity tones with hints of orange, (is it a hefeweiz yeast used here?) sweet malts, herbal branches and perhaps even some champagne? Could just be the glass that's confusing... Average carbonated and it has a oily mouthfeel. More of that wheaty-orange, it's quite low on the bitterness but still manages to not be sweet. Quite a nice experience! 07.01.2012

Lucky enough to have a bottle at Noma itself. Pours hazy golden with small white head. Aroma of malt, spice, citrus and fruits. Flavor is sweet and a little spicy with a mild bitter finish. (Rated 2011/04/09)

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, herbs, birch trees notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration, buttery, herbs. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. I do not think i want to drink beers @ Noma if they think this is a good beer for foodpairing >;O() [20101117]

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Pours a cloudy pale golden with tiny impurities and a fairly dense, rough, white head. Fresh, lightly fruity nose. Medium body with sweetish malt and fruits and a lightly spicy edge. The finish is dry with a light bitterness. Quite refreshing. 190408

50 cL bottle, #1932, I’m not allowed to give credit to whom this should be given - but thanks mate! Interesting that Noma seems to be serving beer past their BBD :( I guess beers aren’t evaluated when giving a restaurant two (!) Michelin stars. The beer pours hazy and pale yellow with a lacing white head. Light spiced and wheaty flavour with mild wheat and light set of spices. Finish is light citric and with appearing pilsner malt. Light bitterness. Overall an easy brew to drink - yet not what I had expected it to be like.
