Deze prachtige Weizen Bock wordt gebrouwen door Brouwerij De Blauwe IJsbeer uit Nieuwpoort met gerstemout, caramelmout, tarwemout, hop, weiβgist en water. In de smaak komen frisheid, volmondigheid en het bock karakter prachtig samen. Het is een bier van hoge gisting.

Yellow to orange colour. Sweet aroma. Malty flavour. Bittersweet, orangey pithy taste.

Bottle at Rootz festival. Clear orange/tan with small bubbly head. Light bready with lots of stone fruits, lemon and some apple. Then some light caramel sweetness and a light nutty touch. Nice creamy feel. Pretty nice.

50cl bottle from trade with RW80, thanks! Pours hazy amber colour with a big good lasting beige head. aroma of ripe fruits, clove and yeast. Taste of riped fruits, banana, clove, yeast, spices.

Bottle sampled at the Rootz Winterbeer festival. Pours golden brown with a light tan head. Aroma of banana, yeast, caramel and light fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Some citrus in the palate. Medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled @ Camping Ratebeers 2015. Clear orange color, full sized off-white head that lasts for quite a long time. Smell and taste wheat, some banana and a hint of oranges, sweetish, lightly sugar. Average body and carbonation. Meh.
