0.33 l bottle from 'Bierhuys', best before October 2017. Hazy, reddish amber with a thin, frothy, slowly diminishing, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, rather fruity and slightly yeasty-spicy aroma of raisins, red fruits, pear, caramel and a touch of overripe banana. Quite sweet, malty, fruity and slightly yeasty-spicy taste of caramel, raisins, pear, red fruits, some clove and traces of overripe banana, followed by a short, moderately bitter, minimally tart, slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Medium body, smooth and slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad, quite different from a traditional Weizenbock but very enjoyable nevertheless.

Bottle (from speciaalbierpakket.nl). Pours hazy amber. Aroma is vegetables, spoiled carrots, wheat. Flavor is sweet and bitter, caramel, wheat, banana, and carrots. Finish is sweet and caramel bitter. Carbonation is on the high side. Overall: drinkable.

Draught (PINT Bokbier Festival 2015, Amsterdam) - Hazy amber in colour. Banana, peach and sultanas in the aroma. Peach, banana, caramel and sultanas feature in the slightly sweet taste.

@Camping Ratebeer 2015, helder gouden met lage co2 en fijne kraag. aroma van graan, mout, banaan en citrus. Aroma zacht, zoet, banaan, mout(licht), matig zoet, licht bitter, zepig, afdronk wat matig, gist.

At Camping Ratebeers. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of banana, yeast, light wheat, quite sweet. Flavour is light grainy, banana, medium sweet, some yeast, light bitter finish. Light bodied. Nothing Bock about this imho.

Bottle @ camping ratebeer ’15. Clear golden colour with a small white head. Smells herbs, banana, sweet. Tastes banana, wheat, sweet, malts, slightly salty. Medium body, soft carbo.
