Sampled at the brewery, very murky yellow with plenty of creamy white head. Nose is lemon and vitamin C, big big citrus. Nose is OK. Flavor is very tart. Wow. Lemon juice and vitamin C tablets. Some herbs here. The honey comes at the end and really helps smooth things out. Tart finish, spritzy and dry.

Draught @ the source (8/31/19). Faintly cloudy golden with small foamy white head, very faint malt-acidic aroma, medium carbonation, medium sour taste with citrus flavor, smooth body, longish medium sour finish. Nice, balanced farmhouse ale,
