Honalee is a New England-style IPA brewed with Slovenian-grown Styrian Dragon and Styrian Wolf hops. Known for their fruit-forward and floral aromas, these varieties deliver tropical notes of ripe mango and elderflower, making for a delightfully juicy and refreshing pint. Named after the mythical land featured in Peter, Paul, and Mary’s song, Puff the Magic Dragon.

Hazy orange-yellow colour and steady white head and lace. Dryish tropical fruits in the nose. Light-bodied. Tropical fruits with some odd wort vibe. Ok.

Longest I’ve taken to drink a 4 pack in forever. Glad I saved some since working tonight. Nose is spicy and herbal and tropical fruits. Tastes of peppery spice, flowery, some pine, honey dew and mango. Medium bodied. But all over place but still like it

Brewery draught, 8/7/22. Moderately hazy, peachy-copper with a small, fairly-well-retained, white head atop. Interesting hops, these Styrians, with some unusual notes of random herbs, earth, a touch of petrol and hints of pine. But not aggressive at all, and quite complementary to the fruity yeast esters and soft, round malts. Soft and malty with good attenuation and notes of biscuit and honey. Unripe mango, a touch of melon and lots of random spice. Accents of lime and pine-like bitterness, with big, round easygoing fruitiness. Maybe a bit heavy-handed on the yeast character.

Can, from the source. Pours cloudy dark yellow with foamy whitish head, very faint citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter unripe mango-elderflower-citrus taste, smooth somewhat thick body, long finish. Nice flavor profile.
