Original brew, ABV 9.6%, brewed exclusively for Stockholm Beer bar Akkurat’s 15th anniversary. Brewed in March 2010. 112° Plato. Matured on oak casks for 10 months, 5 of them on Cognac casks. Bottled on December 1st 2010. Pre-released from keg at Borefts Beer Festival 2010.
Made again in 2017 and released in 25 cl bottles.
Future releases (2022, 2023) were released under Konjaks-Kaggen Stormaktsporter due to the beer coming out differently.

Bottle. Black with small brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, oak, congac, wood and caramel. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel, dark fruits, oak, wood, liquorice, cognac, vinous, sweet, thick and a little bitter.

330ml bottle thanks to mixos. Black color with beige head. Malty aroma, caramel, chocolate, dark fruits, wood, alcohol - cognac. Sweet and biter taste like aroma. Full silky creamy body with soft carbonation.

Small brown slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly rich and sweet, oak barrel, dark malts, dark sugar, licorice, cognac, caramel, coffee, grass, dark fruits. Taste is very sweet, dark sugar, oak, burnt caramel, burnt coffee, grass, dark roasted malts, ashtray, caramel, cognac. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. Nice, but far from fantastic. I actually think the regular Stormaktsporter is way better.

Small bottle @ Akkurat in Stockholm
A - Pitch black 2 finger espresso head. Looks fantastic in the glass, nice oily sheen.
S - Really nice aroma. Sweet, whiskey liqueur and brown sugar and maple syrup with a solid espresso. A little smoke/tobacco
T - Sweet taste. Milk chocolate some burned oak and marshamallow as well as almonds. Good barrel presence with for sure sweet liquor and a little blackberry. Very well layered and extremely balanced
M - Dense oily mouthfeel with soft carbonation
O - This was an incredible imperial stout. The layering of flavors and overall presentation of this beer is remarkable.

(250ml bottle @ Akkurat..where else?, Dec 29 2014) Pours black with just a tiny ring of off white bubbles. Aroma contains fantastically deep intense dark chocolate and rich malts, smooth vinous cognac, woody, cooked blackberry and plum? Type dark fruit and an ashy roast. Palate is intensely concentrated, chocolate and dark malts with loads of that vinous cognac character and some wood, great barrel extraction. Lots of fruitiness from the cognac mid palate, dark fruit and grape, molasses sweetness. Some slight brandy heat on the finish, restrained but clear ashy roast, soft bitterness. Long long aftertaste. Medium full, oily, slightly creamy body with soft carb. The flavours are so intense and concentrated here, but the beer is smooth and elegant and easy to drink. Too easy! Phenomenal beer.

245 SEK 9% Akkurat 15th anniversary beer. Dark inky black, viscous pour with a thin tan head which dissipated quickly. Nice cognac sweet chocolate taste. Very silky smooth, cognac, oaky, sweet & a bit boozy but incredibly smooth. Excellent easy drinking stuff.
