Hazy, full bodied, juicy, low bitterness, this beer has all the desired traits of a New England style IPA. We fermented this beer using London 3 yeast giving it a soft hazy look and with Mosaic, Citra, Azaaca, and Galaxy hops added in the whirlpool and the dry hop this beer is straight juice without the pulp!

Slightly hazy pale golden color with a thin white head that evaporates steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of citrus, herbal hop and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hop, tropical fruit and biscuit malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Ever so slightly hazy copper and orange coloured body with a thinnish pure white head. Aroma of crisp citrus, light hay and some grassy notes without much tropical fruits or sweetness noticeable at all, but there is some alcohol around the edges. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong grassy and herbal flavours with a light citrus and apricot flavour with a hint of stone fruits and some very light sweetness from honey near the end. Aftertaste is slightly bitter from the relatively mild and low alpha acid hops with a dash of malt, some subdued graininess and a dose of hay/grassy flavours that make this finish dry. Overall, a decent enough beer, but nothing spectacular and pretty underwhelming, considering the origin of the beer and the style - this should be much better than it is. The hops are subdued and understated, and while the balance is right, there aren't enough good flavours for this to be very enjoyable. I sampled this 19,2 ounce can, purchased from Whole Foods in [downtown] Los Angeles, California on 27-December-2019 for US$2,69 sampled on the streets of Los Angeles, California on 27-December-2019, a few minutes after buying.

Can, from Bottle Liquor, Morro Bay. Extremely hazy lemon yellow with large foamy whitish head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter citrus taste with faint pineapple aroma, thin smooth body, long medium bitter finish. Super smooth and drinkable.

And uninspired hazy IPA. I expected better from these guys. The aroma is mainly citrus with a bit of yeast and wet grain. Flavors are like Nose, Bittersweet leaning slightly dry and a hint of metallic in the Finish. Not much of the Northeast style to it really.
