Brown with a large foamy beige head that left great lacing. Malty with strong bread crust, faint astringency, a hint of fruit and tobacco. Long finish. Medium body.

Draught @ Public house - Luxor. Clear reddish brown with very small frothy off-white head, faint caramel malt aroma, medium carbonation, pretty watery caramel taste with almost no flavor, thin body, abrupt finish. Meh.

From a self-serve tap at the Book at the LINQ. Pours a clear, light, brown color, with a thick, beige head. The nose is cocoa, walnuts, syrup, and dust. Sweet and syrupy, with a faint bitterness. Light body, with a thin, syrupy, and slick mouthfeel. This is a weak brown ale, but not too bad.
