Can from Beerdome. Aroma is milk chocolate with cinnamon, caramel, cinnamon chocolate cake, touch of vanilla, creamy lactose, roasted malt. Flavour is medium sweet and light bitter, with a medium body. Not picking up much maple, but the cinnamon is rather prolific.

16 ounce can. Opaque dark brown color. Frothy tan head. Aroma of maple syrup, chocolate, cinnamon and vanilla. Flavor follows nose. Roasted malt, cocoa and maple flavors seem to prevail. A bit on the thin side. A hint of black licorice in the finish.

473ml can. Jet black colour with small to average, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, dark beige to tan head. Sweet-ish, spicy, chocolately dark malty aroma, notes of cinnamon, hints of allspice, vanilla, cocoa, dark chocolate. Taste is sweet-ish, spicy and chocolately dark malty, notes of cinnamon, hints of vanilla, cocoa, dark chocolate, some maple syrup (seemingly responsible for a slightly dry touch), a touch of allspice. Very nice. Mexican non-Hot Chocolate.

I'd have left the cinnamon out, the taste is fsint but it makes this bitter, in a not good way. Otherwise very promising, milky vanilla goodness. Shame.

Draught @ the brewery. Opaque dark brown with small foamy tan head, sweet mocha aroma, low carbonation, semi bitter mocha taste with milk flavor, somewhat thick body, long chocolate finish. Well done, best among the five I've tasted on my visit.
