Super hazy deep golden and straw coloured body with a rich, four to five centimetre tall just off-white head that's fluffy, yet stays afloat for a long time. Aroma of bright mangoes, oranges, papaya and some kiwi fruit with a lot of lighter alpha acid, but strong hops (from the dry-hopping) with a lot of lactose and sweetness noticeable, in the nose at least. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich orangey and fruity flavours dominate with the papaya and mangoes right up front as the malt hits hard as well with a light hoppiness, but strong fruit flavours towards the end with a good robust quality, but a rich sweetness at the end that packs a punch and leaves some alcohol warmth here as well. Aftertaste is full of fruitiness with a lot of malt body and a bunch of sweetness with the kiwi and papaya notes the strongest along with a mineraly, Flintstones-vitamin type punch at the end with a lot of malts and alcohol at the finish - very strong throughout. Overall, a very nice and strongly fruity beer with a lot of rich malts and fruit with a good deal of sweetness from the lactose that is still brings through some alcohol as well. I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Whole Foods in New York (Union Square), New York on 16-January-2022 for US$4,99 sampled in my hotel room here in Charlottesville, Virginia on 18-February-2022.

Can, from City Hops. Pours faintly cloudy golden with small foamy whitish head, citrus peel aroma, low carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste with mango flavor, thin body, long mango-citrus finish. Flavorful.

From tap. Pours hazy oranhe with a small white head. Aroma is solid hoppy, slight toasted malt. Solid hoppy, fruity, pine and grapefruity. Bitter. Lingering hoppy and fruity far finish.

Clear warm golden colour, white head. Hoppy aroma, citrus, grapefruit, resin and lots of peach. Quite bitter hoppy flavour, resin, peach and apricot. Finish resin, hops, peach and mango. Nice.

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is fruity and a little weirdly cheesy. Taste is relatively bitter. Taste is pretty fruity. Perhaps a tad boozy as well. Not a bad DIPA.
