Not to get all beer geek on you but hops are pretty friggin’ cool. Which is why we made a series of IPAs that focus on one hop at a time.
For this batch we went all in with nearly 4lbs per barrel of juicy El Dorado hops. It features notes of citrus, and tropical fruit with a sweet candy-like finish. A balanced bitterness makes for a full-flavored IPA that drinks easy.

Can, from Nikki's @ Providence, RI. Pours hazy lemon yellow with foamy small off-white head, citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter citrus taste with pineapple flavor, thin body, long smooth finish. A nice brew.

16oz can pours a translucent gold with some frothy, white head. Nose has lemon, straw, grass, malt. Flavor is lemony, malt, grass, perfume, some pith. Finishes creamy, lightly bitter. Alright. 7 4 7 3 13
