Our Hefe is full and clean with citrus notes and classic banana esters on the front end. This one’s bready and unfiltered, hopped for balance and finishes dry. Sweet orange peel additions exaggerate a refreshing mild acidity. Around here you have to keep your summertime drinkers pouring year round.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a cloudy yellow gold color with a huge foamy white head that left incredible lacing. The aroma was citrus and Pez. The flavor was citrus, yeast and Pez. Medium length finish. Medium body.

From can. Yeasty, sour, quite dry hefeweizen with soft citrus feeling. Medium- body.

Burk. Söt och ganska tunn weisse med inslag av banan och tuggummi. Uppfriskande men karaktärslös.

Poured from can thanks Jow apple juice color with no head. Aroma is banana citrus spice. Taste follows clean finish.

Can @ NYC Craft Beer Festival. Clear golden with very small frothy whitish head, doughy aroma, high carbonation, mildly bitter earthy taste, thin body, long earthy finish. Very dominant yeast flavor.

12 oz. can. Pours an unclear, very bubbly, dull yellow, with a medium sized, frothy, off-white head. The aroma is apricot, caramel, cinnamon, and dank grass. Sweet and yeasty, with a light bitterness. Light body, with an acidic, sharp, and thin palate. This weiss is sharp and unflavorful. Fair.

Can sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Thanks troubles. Hazy yellow, white head. Fruity esters, yeast, bread, sweetish, slightly tart, light to medium-bodied.

10-05-18 // can thanks to a friend. Hazy orange. Banana nose. Lots of spice. Some herbal bitternes in the end. Some esther off flavours in the end. Okay.
