All Neon Like returns, but this time with heavy handed doses of the hops we’re into lately. We feel like we reserve the right to mess around with a brand, but only if we tell you we are beforehand. This beer, used to feature hops that while sticky and pungent for sure, began to present like something we didn’t love.

Fast forward more than a few years, and we feel like this beer could and would benefit from some experimentation with varietals we choose, and how and when we dose the chosen into said beer. Featuring a blend of four cultivars we’ve never used together, it’s safe to say we’re more than pleased with how this one turned out.

All of this is to say, we find impressions of ripe orange and pineapple prominence, all parts of the grapefruit, with some delicate sweet spruce pine. The whole thing comes together by way of our softer, and yet cleansing, slightly bitter finish.
