This is the traditional IPA of the American Northwest. Great body, high IBU, and lots of hops. If you are a lover of hop bitterness, this is beer for you. It is not exactly the IPA that "removes the enamel from your skin," but it has enough character to make your beard grow and cut a tree. Notes: citrus, spicy, honey.
Drink preferably between 7 and 10 degrees centigrade.

Draught @ Brewstop, Panama. Faintly cloudy orange with large foamy whitish head, light orange peel aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orange peel taste, thin body, long medium bitter finish. Nice IPA.
