When you think hops, you think bitter, you think citric, you think pine, you think floral. La Coima will blow your mind. Made mainly with light malts and a little wheat and oats for a light body. The star of the show are the hops with flavors and aromas reminiscent of what Boquete’s flora has to offer. Did you ever think an IPA could taste this way?

Grapefruit and a little pine. Golden pour with decent head. Ok balance and easy drinking beach IPA. Finishes bitter like having to pay the gringo tax to a local cop on the beach for drinking. Definitely not like a NEIPA like the lable says. Bottle brought back by my wife.

Draught @ Cerveceria Central taproom. Clear golden with foamy white head, sweet citrus aroma, adequate carbonation, lightly salty mildly bitter citrusy taste, thin body, long citrusy finish. Well done, a good IPA.
