bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma cappuccino fine persistente, colore marrone/rosso limpido, al naso caramello malto tostato zucchero di canna frutta matura prugna secca, in bocca caramello uvetta prugne secche leggero banana, corpo medio, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, carbonazione forte, dolce con amaro moderato. Ottima complessa ed equilibrata, una Dubbel per eccellenza. Una è poca. c. Fatti una birra 30.01.21

Bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a dark chestnut brown with a full two fingers of beige head that lingers. Lovely nose with yeast, dates, candi sugar and nutty aromas. Palate is similar with some muted chocolate and dark fruit. Balanced finish with nutty, dark fruit and a certain dryness.
