16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/20/2017. Pours lightly hazy/cloudy ruby reddish/pink/purple color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of tart/tangy blackberry, raspberry, lemon, peach, pear, red/green apple, red grape, sea salt, hay, grass, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, berries, sea salt, and bready malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of big tart/tangy blackberry, raspberry, lemon, peach, pear, red/green apple, red grape, sea salt, hay, grass, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit/wheat tang; and light bitter/spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy blackberry, raspberry, lemon, peach, pear, red/green apple, red grape, sea salt, hay, grass, wheat, cracker, biscuit, light pepper/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, berries, sea salt, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness and tangy fruit balance, with zero puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from tartness and tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately crisp, bready, grainy, acidic, tangy, tannic, and saline balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.2%. Overall this is a delicious Gose. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, berries, sea salt, and bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly lactic/tangy/drying finish. Nice malt body for the ABV to balance acidity. Awesome balance between the fruity lacto, berries, salt, and bready malts. A very enjoyable offering, and great style example.

Can. Pours cloudy cherry read with pink foamy head, faint acidic aroma, high carbonation, mildly salty tart taste with a hint of raspberry, thin body, long salty finish. Nice, but lacking in the aroma.

Sample at the Cleveland taproom. Clear reddish-purple color with a medium pinkish-white head that evaporates steadily to a film. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of berries, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of marionberry, mildly funky yeast, salt and bready malt. The finish is mildly tart with a berry and citrus aftertaste. Above average overall.
