33cl bottle. Pours hazy golden with a nicely proportioned head and steady bubbles. The nose has pineapple sorbet, with a hint of ginger and perhaps lemon grass. The taste has more of the pineapple and some herbs. The palate is medium bodied with a creamy texture and an elegant finish. Overall, a good balanced blonde.

Bottle 33cl. Murky amber colour with white head that maintains during all time. Aroma is malted, citrus, tropical fruits. Taste is citric, but at the same time is light sweet, proper of tropical fruits. On palate results a beer well balanced, not very hopped, with creamy texture and medium bodied. Very refreshing beer.

(Bottle, Monk’s Café Wallingatan, Stockholm) Hazy golden colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, spicy nose with apricots, orange, grain and coriander seed. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, apricots, hints of yeast and a spicy finish with a mild bitterness. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Pour is a bronze with a small white head. Aroma is citrus fruit with some mild clove. Flavor is a dull grain with a little fruit yeast and finshes sweet. Not an overly carbonated, overly alcoholic Belgian, just a nice pleasant sipper.

bottle - Pours hazy orange-yellow with a big, off-white head. It has a yeasty, malt rich aroma. The flavor is sweet with banana and spice notes and the carbonation is lively on the palate. It’s alright but there’s some underwhelming about it as far as Belgian brews go.
