Reviewed from notes.
Can to tulip.
Appearance: copper color with a two and a quarter fingers of white foamy head which tapered off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: some apricot, light lemon sweetness then some piney hops with a light maltiness
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fair bittersweet to sweet sort of quality; finishes leaning into the lemon and piney hop tones
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable? yeah, weird because that ABV wouldn't tell me that; some smoothness with a light hop assertiveness
Overall: pretty nicely done DIPA and slightly dangerous the way this drinks. If you're not careful this one will make ya walk the plank right into Lake Champlain and you wouldn't know it.

Draught @ Ginger Man. Hazy rich yellow with very small frothy off white head, lemon peel aroma, medium carbonation, mildly bitter lemon drips like taste, smooth body, long finish. Very good DIPA.

Hops Hill, Brooklyn tap: pours golden with white head. Aroma is citrusy and resiny and a bit piny. Definitely not a NEIPA, which is sort of refreshing to see from a Vermont brewer. Hefty body but still pleasant to drink. Some sweetness. Moderate levels of bitterness. Good..

4 oz. draft at the brewery. This Batch was marked at 9.5%. Aroma shows Plenty of pine, tropical fruits and citrus notes. In the flavor the Simcoe is not overdone. Citra / fruit profile complements the pine. Mild resin underneath the fruit. 9.5% ABV is totally hidden. Dangerously drinkable and drinks lower than the gravity of this brew. Very impressed!
