pale yellowish pour. Nose and taste of very simple hop malt. Not all that good. Rated 4/18/04

[Bottled at Oliver Twist, Stockholm] Clear amber, average head. Dusty aroma of citrus and melon. Light ly appley with sharp unpleasantly metallic mouthfeel. No malt flavour, too little hops and a fizzy quick finish. What went wrong here?

This is a beautiful beer to look at, tall head of dense foam, clear amber body. Nice malt aroma perfumed with a hint of floral hops. The flavor is sweet with a mild hop bitterness in the finish. Very drinkable and enjoyable.

A decently hopped pale ale with a big grapefruit overtone. Slight woodiness and hop bitterness. Nothing really special about it, though. I've enjoyed their beers thus far, but this is lackluster.

Orange tint to a golden body. A tad hoppy in the smell, but not much else detectable. A nice pale ale with noticable hops covered up by the perfect amount of malt to create a semi-bitter taste! A great all around pale-ale, even though it doesn't look like one!

Bronze, good head; even aroma and palate, balancing earthy, toffeeish malts and floral hops. Though it seems modelled after English style pales, the use of American hops gives it a vibrancy that really adds to the balance and drinkability of the beer. Not a landmark product but nicedly done.
