La Scotch Silly, se classe dans la catégorie des bières qu’un savoir-faire acquis au fil du temps a su élever au-dessus de la mêlée. Sa robe, d’un beau rouge cuivré, est assortie d’une mousse beige. Son nez complexe fait penser à la brioche aux raisins secs, aux fruits confits et à la framboise fraîche. Généreuse et ample en bouche, presque liquoreuse, elle évoque le miel et le caramel avant de s’achever sur des notes de pruneau et de malt torréfié.
Elle laisse en bouche une impression rafraîchissante.

En copa teku, color ámbar cobrizo oscuro, espuma marfil cremosa y duradera. Aroma a malta, toffe, dátiles, pasas, frutos secos, pan de higo. En boca entra cálida y dulce, con un ligerísimo punto ácido, notas licorosas de maltas tostadas, caramelo, frutos secos, madera...El final es levemente amargo y mínimamente seco. Un cerveza genial y placentera, para disfrutar a trago reposado y corto. Muy buena

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a deep mahogany colour with a large thick creamy beige head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, plums, cherries, caramel and candied sugar. Taste is very sweet with more dry dark fruits, plums, cherries, some syrup, leather, tobacco, brown sugar and warming alcohol. Full body, low carbonation and smooth sticky mouthfeel. I wanted to like this but unfortunately it is far too cloyingly sweet for my liking.

Bottle 33 cl. Pleasant dark brown with reddish color, thin foam. Aroma: strong caramel tones, toffee, fruit and wine. Taste: full malt, wine, nutty, caramel with toffee and dark fruits, light sweetness, mild bitter finish.

Het wordt niet ineens goed als je er maar extra suiker in stopt. Man man man wat bruine suiker zoet is dit zeg, wat rozijn, caramel, toffee, gist, gedroogd donker fruit...
