At the source: pours slightly hazy yellow. Aroma is flowery, yeasty. Taste is pretty light and easy. Simple, but a solid saison. Low citrus. Very low sweetness and not much bitterness.

Draught. Cloudy pale yellow with very small frothy white head, fresh citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter citrusy taste, thin body, long bitter lemon peel finish. Very much hops dominated.
