Draught @ the source. Clear dark amber with small creamy beige head, light caramel aroma, high carbonation, caramel taste with honey at the end, smooth body, longish caramel finish. Very tasty.

Thanks Jake.
The appearance was a muddy semi-dark amber color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a decent pace. Sly messy lace.
The aroma had some soft sweet honey maltiness over some rich caramel and toffee malts. Just a touch of nuts, but they’re mostly sweet.
The flavor was mostly sweet with far below roastiness trying to come in, it doesn’t, to be honest. Honey rich to caramel malty tones flow into the aftertaste and on into the finish.
On the palate, this one sat between a light and medium on the body with some cloying side effects coming across. ABV felt fine.
Overall, first beer by Westtown, that I can’t really get behind. Nice to try though.

At the source: pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is honey and caramel. Taste is pretty malty in such a way that it almost overwhelms the honey notes. Interesting enough combination of flavors nevertheless.
