Bomber. Long lasting tan head atop a black body. Roast without acidity, earthy black malts. Light yet present. Flavor is quaffable mineral dark root earthiness finishing light and airy. Maybe the mineral is the oyster shells but otherwise you can’t tell. Very light and evaporating finish with light leftover malt bitterness.

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown with large foamy beige head, mocha aroma with a hint of brine, medium carbonation, initially sweet roasted malt/mocha taste, smooth oily body, medium mocha finish. Besides the faint aroma, the oysters are not terribly noticeable.

Bottle from mstrcrwly, thanks! Solid black color tan head. Roasty coffee with hints of earth and umami. Creamy mouthfeel medium body. Pretty drinkable stout.
