Draught at Row 34, mid-June 2017.
Thoroughly hazy, bordering soupy, bright-golden-lemonpeel with some deeper maize tints and a fluffy, white head atop showing moderate to moderately-strong retention.
Nose is succulent, juicy, intensely aromatic tropical fruits. Almost like taking one of Trillium’s Street series beers and providing the hop profile yet without the often-times aggressive, sharp esters that accompany them. These are probably three of my top five favorite IPA hops (Nelson, Comet, Galaxy, Vic Secret and El Dorado, in that order) and it certainly shows here. None of that piney, citric, resinous garbage from Mosaic nor any cat-like Citra character. And no onion/garlic/pine/resin of Simcoe and/or Centennial. Just beautifully married juicy hops and honey-drenched malts. Soft and endearing with no flaw or alcohol noted.
Exquisitely soft in the mouth with tight carbonation and a malty texture boasting high attenuation. Malts remain mostly on the sidelines, as they should, but do add a bit of biscuit and honey. Complex tropical fruit aromas ranging from key lime to papaya/guava. Spicy Galaxy capsaicin-like character in full-effect here, as well. Hops seem to be in top-notch shape and I’m not getting any scallion or garlic whatsoever. I think I had three pints and could have kept drinking this stuff all night. What a great ABV, as well. Fantastic. Really, really loving LIC.

Draft at Harbor Bar. Murky pour, white head, some streaky lace. Nice citrus, herbal, gassiness. Good bitterness level. Tingly, mid-dry. Pretty tasty.

Draught @ Bar Great Harry. Milky bright yellow with large foamy whitish head, very faint citrus aroma, high carbonation, lightly bitter sharply citrusy taste, thin body, medium bitter citrusy finish. Good IPA but not in the ’spectacular’ range.
