Bottle pour into tulip glass from Greg & Jane's Beer and Wine. Appearance is cloudy light brown-orange with fair sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with good retention and decent soapy lacing. Aroma is strong dank resin, lemony citrus, candied sugar. Taste is dank resin bitter and lemony citrus. Palate is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and more bitter than sweet finish, as taste. Overall, a little old school with an emphasis on bitter and not a ton of complexity. OK.

Bottle from Wegmans, Ithaca. Cloudy golden-orange, foamy off white head, heavy lacing. Overripe citrus, some dank notes. Fairly heavy sweet and solidly bitter too. A little malty. Fairly full bodied. A little juicy, a little sticky, and with a dry close. Not amazing or anything, but a solid Double IPA.

Sampled on draft at Fuel & Fuddle this beer poured a cloudy bright yellow color with a small foamy yellow-white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was sweet and tangy with notes of pine and lemon. The flavor was tangy and sweet with pine, grapefruit, lemon and tropical fruit. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Solid

Generally speaking these guys make pretty good beer, but this one is nothing special. Flavor’s just a bitter brew with average carbonation and finish. Bottle has almost an inch of trub in the bottom.

12oz bottle. Thick unfiltered orange body. Foamy white head. Zesty big bold hops, resinous and big NW tones, but also touches of new school varietals. A pretty solid IIPA. Thick, yeasty, full bodied. Mellow enough ABV and mouthfeel to remain drinkable, not Imperial. A pretty solid 6pack.
