Can (4/13/21) pour. It's an opaque dark yellow with light sparkle, finger-width white fluffy foam head with excellent retention and many rings of soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemon, tangerine, other tropical fruit. Taste is strong sweet fruit--some discernible lemon and stone fruit but pretty nonspecific. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth, thick texture, soft-to-average carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, decent strength, though fairly nondescript. Given it's 5 months old, hanging in there but would like to seek this out fresh.

Draught at Saus, 12/7/18.
Another heavily muddy one from Sloop with a dark bronze color and small, off-white head that shows moderate-to-low retention.
Nose is very nicely full of Galaxy. I get a ton of lime zest, white grape and strong mineral with spice in the background. Some pine, as well, probably a bit more than I'd prefer but it's not resinous. Heavy cracker and biscuit from the malt with heavy British yeast adding bubble gum and tons of fruitiness. Moderately juicy with a bit of sharpness but no aggressive resin or hot alcohol.
In the mouth it's very heavy on the cracker and seemingly some yeast in suspension as there's some dullness working against the bright hop character. Diacetyl seems present, albeit light, as well. Otherwise, the Galaxy is done well with the lime, white wine and mineral from the nose, as well as light lemon, peach and tangerine from the other hops. Properly attenuated but with a somewhat thick texture featuring low, tight carbonation.

Crowler from Half Time. Pours a very hazy yellow-orange color with a nice, frothy white head and some heavy lacework. Aroma is big and fruity (mango and citrus), dank hops, some grass. Drinks along the same lines, rather sweet leaning, but still delicious. Soft carbonation, smooth. Enough dryness to balance it out a bit. Thins out just a bit on the finish. Juicy and tasty. Does pretty much exactly what it was trying to do, and does it well. I like this quite a bit.

Draught @ Milk and Hops - Chelsea. Hazy rich yellow with very small frothy off-white head, sharp citrus aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter juicy citrus-pineapple taste, thin body, medium bitter citrusy finish. Very juicy and tropical fruit dominated.
