[ As Sante Adairius Contact Barrier ].Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, saison yeast, oak, mineral, blackpeppery - funky, light citrussy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, saison yeast, spicy - blackpepper, citrus, wheat - minerals, light oak - funky. Bottle. Rather clear golden color with white head. Aroma is spices, peach, apricot, dough. Taste is spices, dough, light funk, spices in the back as well, very herbal. Oily mouthfeel with foamy high carbonation. Decent, but too perfumey for me.

Pre-Borefts tasting. 75cl Bottle. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of the szechuan peppers, both sweet and minty, herbal, citrus, light oak. Flavour is light sour, herbal, mint, lemongrass, wood, oak, light tartness. Light bodied. Nice.
