Draught at Tip Taproom, 2/1/17.
Deep copper-bronze body shows moderate haziness and an off-white head atop, medium sized and showing moderate to moderately-low retention.
It is indeed juicy fruitful in the nose, with candied citrus, meyer lemon, lemon drops and light-to-moderate pine and caramel on the finish. Not intensely boozy, though, and the malt helps see to that, though then because of that, you get a big dose of malt, which is not what I’m looking for in an IPA. The fruitiness is a little bit too candyish at times, as well. Some dank, spicy character breaks through but it’s not dominant/long-lived. Low resin, no flaw.
Lightly sweet, some sticky caramel and pine/resin mixing together, but the large amount of juicy fruit character (candied orange and lemon, starburst, lemon drops) helps take the focus off of this. Carbonation a little light/loose but otherwise fairly engaging with a soft, malty texture. Light booze on the finish. A pretty good "TIPA" as they go, which isn’t saying much.

Can thanks to Seth. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is tropical fruit, hemp, melon. Medium body, juicy hop, dank, pine, grapefruit pith, light bitterness, very good.

Draught @ Ginger Man. Faintly cloudy golden with very small frothy whitish head, orange peel aroma, medium carbonation, sweetish orange peel taste with pineapple, thin body, medium bitter orange peel finish. A very flavorful brew!

At the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is citrusy, fruity, and malty. Taste is somewhat bitter. Not very boozy. Pretty smooth for the size. Nice.
